According to a report by the local CBS affiliate, the driver of the car and the semi-truck were both heading south on a popular highway in Yerington, Nevada when the semi truck prepared to make a right by swinging into the center lane. The driver of the car sustained serious injuries and was flown to a nearby hospital. He is currently in fair condition. His wife sustained minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
