In case you’re wondering what she was writing about, my client’s two children were crashed into by a man driving while intoxicated several years ago. Both only treated at a chiropractor and suffered relatively minor neck and back strains.
I fought to get the children a total of $84,000 before a trial, with them receiving $50,000 after medical expenses that I reduced to only $6,000 and fees. The money was set up in structured annuities to increase their yields and enable a court to approve the settlements since they were minors.

Client recommendations are best way to see if car wreck lawyer is right for you
When you have been in a car accident in the Dallas Fort Worth area, you need to take some time to figure out who is the best lawyer for your case. We have many good ones here. So how do you know to to hire?
Probably the best way is to research personal injury lawyers online and see what his or her past clients have said about their services.
Type in searches such as “injury lawyer in Fort Worth” (or your city) and look at the websites of the law firms that come up after the paid ads at the top.
Read the reviews. For example, I have several hundred online on sites including Google, Avvo, Lawyers.com, and Birdeye.
Research the lawyer’s credentials and experience.
Read his blog(s) to get more information about the lawyer’s expertise and interests.
Meet with the lawyer and see if he (not a paralegal) knows how to handle car wreck cases (not also divorce and criminal defense matters). Make sure he listens to your concerns and answers your questions. He should be professional, empathetic, trustworthy and friendly.
Picking someone blindly from TV commercials or pay-per-click ads at the top of internet searches is not the best way to choose.
