I am currently representing Bethany Dominguez, a beautiful young woman, and her parents for injuries she sustained when, at the age of only 16, she was nearly killed when a car she was driving in was rear-ended and crashed into a tree. She was hospitalized for months with multiple life threatening injuries including a ruptured spleen and broken bones in her neck, both legs, arms and multiple ribs. John Peter Smith Hospital made the above video chronicling her recovery from an initial 15% chance of survival.

Her medical bills already total over $611,000.00 and continue to rise because with physical therapy and other treatment she will undergo for years to come. Fortunately, I was able to negotiate the amount that she would need to pay for her hospitalization and medical treatment from that enormous sum to ZERO. And beyond that, she will continue to receive medical treatment related to the wreck at no cost to her or her family.

I am happy to report that less than five months after the wreck, Bethany is able to walk on her own and is getting stronger every day.
